I'm an aspiring teacher with undignosed stomach issues. My best friend went vegan about a year ago and would cook for me about 5 nights a week. I became an "accidental vegan" and have found I feel much better ALL the time. Basically I have self diagnosed my self and try to cook/eat vegan most of the time. We share recipes on a daily basis even though we are 2,000 miles apart. Her blog is about a million times better then this will ever be but I am doing this more to keep me occupied in this new city I live in. I love to cook and lets just say my boyfriend doesn't mind either. If it was up to him we would be eating sandwiches 3 times a day.
